The bill (Reg. No. 11196) suggests supplementing the list of main objectives of the program with new one concerning the construction and reconstruction of water supply systems using advanced technologies and equipment.
It was said that implementation of advanced technologies and equipment in the sphere of water supply is topical, however it requires additional financing. Nevertheless, the explanatory note read that implementation of the provisions of the bill does not require any additional expenses from the State Budget. Thus, the Committee members concluded that the bill needs to be refined.
